Preparation Times
All orders are prepared within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
During launches, sales, or other special campaigns, preparation times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Spain: €7 for orders under €150.

Europe: €15 for orders under €150.

United Kingdom: €30 for orders under €250.

America: €50 for orders under €250.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can check its status at any time.
Customs & International Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary according to each country’s regulations.
Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
Camino Somoza will not be responsible for undelivered orders due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
