A genuine leather belt isn't just an accessory: it's an investment. With proper care, your Camino Somoza will last for years.

Hydrate it regularly

Leather is skin, and as such, it needs nourishment. Apply a special leather cream or oil every 3–4 months to maintain its elasticity and prevent cracking.

Protect it from moisture and heat

Avoid leaving it exposed to direct sunlight or near heat sources, as it can dry out. If it gets wet, dry it naturally, never with a hairdryer.

Store it stretched or gently rolled

When not in use, hang it up or roll it loosely. This will prevent unnecessary deformation and marks.

Avoid contact with chemicals

Perfumes, body creams, or harsh cleansers will damage the finish. Always put your seatbelt on after applying any product.

Gentle cleansing

If stains occur, wipe with a dry cloth. Do not use soap or products not formulated for leather.
