Refund policy
At Camino Somoza, we know a belt has to fit you perfectly the first time. If it doesn’t, here’s how to return it.
Timeframe
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Conditions
The belt must be in perfect condition, unworn, with all its tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or handled in a way other than what is necessary to try them on.
Process
Email us at team@caminosomoza.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please include the following in your email subject line:
[Order Number – Return]
We will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds
The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted, subject to availability.
In this case, Camino Somoza will cover the shipping costs both ways.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
As with standard returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
